Cancellations: Deposit is not refundable for cancellations within 28 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to arrival, delayed arrivals or early departures will be charged at 80 % of the reserved room price.
Services included - Of course all these services are standard and included in the room price:
- spacious wellness area: with a heated outdoor pool (open from 4 pm – 7 pm), indoor hot whirlpool, various saunas, sanarium, steam baths and relaxation conservatory etc.
Treatment and fitness rooms on the 5th floor of the hotel with treatment facilities, sauna, vitality bar and fitness room with modern Techno-Gym apparatus and fantastic views of the Steinberg mountain range (this complete area is for adults only!). Sauna bag with bathrobe and sauna towels for use during your stay - culinary delicacies with an extensive breakfast buffet, every Sunday sparkling wine breakfast, daily skiers’ snack, 4-course evening meal with choice of main course (fish is offered daily) with salad buffet and a cheese board. Once a week: grill buffet, dessert and h’ors doeuvre buffet. On request light and special diets can be prepared.
